According to a Mixpanel analytical analysis, iOS 16 adoptions rates are at an all-time high, especially when compared to iOS 15 from the previous year. After iOS 16 was released (Sept. 12, 2022), adoption rates climbed to over 50% higher than iOS 15 within the same timeframe, according to Mixpanel’s statistics, which revealed that iOS 15’s adoption rate was even lower than the previous iOS 14.

Because of iOS 16‘s brand-new lock screen customization, the percentage has significantly increased, and most people enjoy it. Meanwhile, iOS 16 is now available to download for select iPhones (iPhone 8 and later models).
