Prince William will be the next Time to Walk guest on Apple Fitness+, with a special holiday episode airing on December 6 to wrap up the second season of the show. Time to Walk is an inspirational audio experience for Fitness+ members on Apple Watch that encourages individuals to walk more and receive the advantages of one of the healthiest activities.

Prince William discusses the significance of mental fitness in his Time to Walk episode. He also discusses a humorous event that pushed him out of his comfort zone, the importance of listening to empower people, and an encounter that made him prioritize mental health.

Time to Walk encourages users to join some of the world’s most famous and inspiring people for a walk while they share stories, photos, and music. Each episode lasts 25 to 40 minutes and contains the guest’s reflections on lessons learned, valuable memories, thoughts on purpose and gratitude, moments of levity, and thought-provoking themes while they walk outside or in settings that are meaningful to them.

The second season of Time to Walk will be ended by Prince William. Dolly Parton, Anthony Joshua, Randall Park, Jane Fonda, Camila Cabello, Kurt Fearnley, Naomi Campbell, Draymond Green, Bebe Rexha, Min Jin Lee, Shawn Mendes, Stephen Fry, Dr. Sanjay Gupta, Kesha, and others have been featured guests over the course of the two seasons.

Apple is donating to three mental health charities chosen by Prince William: Crisis Text Line in the United States, Shout 85258 in the United Kingdom, and Lifeline in Australia. Crisis Text Line and Shout offer free, confidential text-based crisis assistance 24 hours a day, seven days a week, while Lifeline offers free, confidential crisis support and suicide prevention services 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

With a Fitness+ subscription, all Time to Walk episodes is available in the Workout app for Apple Watch. With an Apple Watch and AirPods, or other Bluetooth-enabled headphones, Fitness+ users may listen to the episodes whenever and wherever they choose. Time to Walk changes to Time to Walk or Push for Apple Watch users who use a wheelchair, and an Outdoor Wheelchair Walk Pace workout begins immediately.

Fitness+ is available in the following countries: Australia, Austria, Brazil, Canada, Colombia, France, Germany, Indonesia, Ireland, Italy, Malaysia, Mexico, New Zealand, Portugal, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Spain, Switzerland, the United Arab Emirates, the United Kingdom, and the United States.

On Apple Music 1, the flagship global radio station on Apple Music, three special audio airings of Prince William’s Time to Walk episode, featuring stories and music only, will stream for free. Listeners in London and Los Angeles should tune in at 8 a.m. local time on Monday, December 6; and Sydney listeners should tune in at 8 a.m. local time on Tuesday, December 7.
