For iPhone users looking to keep track of their belongings, the Apple AirTag is a top choice. And if you’ve been on the fence about picking up a few, there’s good news! A four-pack of AirTags is currently on sale for a cool $74.99, marking a $24.01 discount from the usual price. You can also snag a single AirTag for $24.99, saving yourself four dollars.

One of the biggest advantages of AirTags is their seamless integration with Apple‘s ecosystem. They work directly with the Find My app on your iPhone, eliminating the need for any additional downloads. Pairing them with your phone is a breeze, and once you’re set-up, you’re good to go.

AirTags leverage the vast network of iPhones out there. If you ever misplace an item with an AirTag attached, all it takes is for someone with an iPhone to be nearby for it to show up in Find My. Additionally, if you stray more than 1,200 feet away from your AirTag, you’ll receive a handy “left behind” alert to remind you not to forget something important. (Don’t worry, you can customize these alerts for specific trackers and set up exceptions for places like your home or office.)

For iPhone 11 users and later (excluding SE models), things get even better thanks to the Ultra-Wideband (UWB) chip. This allows for pinpoint location tracking with directional arrows and a distance meter when you’re within close range (around 25 feet) of your AirTag. This is a lifesaver if the AirTag’s chime is faint or hidden from view.

Durability is another plus for AirTags. They boast an IP67 rating, meaning they’re resistant to water and dust. Unlike some competing trackers, AirTags also comes with a replaceable battery, so you don’t have to worry about throwing the whole thing away once the battery dies.

There are a couple of minor drawbacks to consider. The audible ringing sound from the AirTag only lasts for seven seconds when activated, which you might miss if you’re not paying attention. Additionally, AirTags themselves don’t have any built-in attachment points. If you want to attach one to your keys, for example, you’ll need to purchase a separate accessory.

Overall, the recent price drop makes the Apple AirTag an even more attractive proposition for iPhone users. With its seamless integration, vast network coverage, and precise UWB tracking (on compatible iPhones), it’s a reliable way to keep tabs on your belongings and save yourself the stress of misplaced items. Just remember to invest in an accessory if you plan on attaching an AirTag to something specific.
