SharkNinja is back with a brand-new gadget—a 2-in-1 robot vacuum and mop that has a pretty nifty trick up its sleeve. This smart little machine can actually lift itself up over rugs, thick carpets, and other obstacles, making sure it doesn’t smear wet messes all over your nice floors. Plus, that lift—up to a hefty 20mm—helps the bot avoid getting stuck, a common frustration for robot vacuums. For comparison, this is on par with the Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra, but SharkNinja is proudly claiming that no other robot on the market lifts the entire unit quite like theirs.

Meet the PowerDetect NeverTouch Pro—complete with “NeverStuck” technology, which, as the name suggests, is designed to ensure the bot doesn’t get stuck in tricky spots. And here’s the best part: pair it with the included Pro Base auto-empty station, and you might not have to mess with it for a solid 30 days.

Speaking of “hands-free,” the station comes with a tank of cleaning solution that automatically refills the robot during cleaning cycles. It’s good for about a month of use. It also holds dirt for up to 45 days—no bags required—just pop out the bin, empty it, give it a rinse, and you’re good to go.

As for the vacuuming itself, this little robot is equipped with lidar for mapping and navigation, so it knows where it’s going. SharkNinja says it can even detect dirt levels and will crank up the suction power when needed. With its EdgeDetect feature, it can move its mop to clean right up to your baseboards, and it uses a blast of air to blow dirt out of corners and edges into the vacuum.

The robot’s also smart enough to recognize stains on your hard floors. If it spots one, it’ll mop over that area a few extra times to try and get it clean. And when it’s mopping, it won’t touch your rugs—it’ll lift itself up, drop off the mop at the station, then head back to finish vacuuming. Pretty clever.

For those of you who still prefer doing some chores but hate dealing with dirty bins, SharkNinja has you covered there too. Their new PowerDetect Clean and Empty Cordless Vacuum does the dirty work with its own auto-empty function. It’s also smart enough to boost suction when it detects more dirt or approaches those hard-to-reach corners and edges.

One of the standout features is the DuoClean Detect nozzle, which picks up debris both moving forward and backward while keeping human hair from tangling around it (a godsend for anyone with long hair or pets). Plus, it has an articulating stick to help you get under furniture with ease, and when you’re done, it folds up neatly to stand on its own without needing to dock back into the charging station.

You can get your hands on the PowerDetect NeverTouch Pro for $999.99 and the Cordless Vacuum for $499.99 on SharkNinja’s website. If you’d rather wait, they’ll hit retailers like Best Buy, Amazon, and Walmart later this fall.
