Netflix launches a new free plan in Kenya that allows Kenya’s customers to enjoy Netflix’s ad-free experience on their Android mobile phones.

Now people in Kenya can sign-up for Netflix without adding any payment information, only put your email and confirm the age (18 and above) and enter a password to get ready for Netflix ad-free experience.

If Kenya’s customers want to upgrade their plan to paid plan then they will unlock Netflix’s full content library on their TVs and laptop as well, according to their press release.

According to a Variety report on the new free plan, Netflix will attract its trial-based customers to attempt them into paying subscribers. The report also suggests that the new free plan will restrict users to download titles for offline viewing as well as they can’t able to stream shows or movies on their TVs.
