Managing orders are coming to WhatsApp Business

WhatsApp is working on a new feature that will make things simpler to view your orders with customers, which will be available in a future update of WhatsApp Business. WhatsApp is developing new tools for businesses to help them better manage their customer orders. In this regard, the business is introducing a new section within WhatsApp Business Settings that will allow businesses to view a list of their orders:

All orders you’ve created in your Business account for different customers will be listed in this new section, as shown in the screenshot above. Opening the chat share action menu will allow Business users to create a new order: there will be a new option named “Orders” in this menu that allows you to enter a title for the order, a price, and quantity, but this is still in development. WhatsApp will add the same feature to WhatsApp Business for Android in a future update, but no timeframe has been set.
