Apple launched several new products at its “Far out” event which was held on September 7, 2022, new launches include the new iPhone 14, iPhone 14 Plus, iPhone 14 Pro, iPhone 14 Pro Max, Apple Watch Series 8, second-generation Apple Watch SE, Apple Watch Ultra, and 2nd Gen AirPods Pro with lots of improvements. And all of these new products are now available for pre-order and will be shipping to customers from select dates below, find out more info below.

Apple Watch Series 8

The Apple Watch Series 8 offers best-in-class health functions, such as Crash Detection for severe vehicle accidents and a new temperature sensor that enables additional functions for women’s health.

Apple Watch Series 8 expand on best-in-class health and safety features like the ECG app and fall detection by adding temperature-sensing capabilities, retrospective ovulation estimates, Crash Detection, and international roaming. It also promises an all-day 18-hour battery life.

Also, the new Low Power Mode can increase battery life by up to 60 hours which offers a multi-day experience. Note that the Low Power Mode will be available later this fall via a software update and compatible with Watch Series 4 or later models, read more about Low Power Mode HERE.

Apple Watch Series 8 is now available for pre-order at $299 $399 in Australia, Canada, France, Germany, India, Japan, the UAE, the UK, the US, and more than 40 other countries and regions and will be available to customers from September 16, 2022.

Apple Watch SE (2nd Gen)

At a lower cost of $249, the new Apple Watch SE (2nd Gen) provides the core features of the Apple Watch, such as Activity tracking, high and low heart rate notifications, and Emergency SOS, as well as the new Crash Detection feature and a completely redesigned back case that perfectly matches the 3 major case finishes.

The new Apple Watch SE also has a new Low Power Mode which will be available via a software update later this fall. Read more about Low Power Mode HERE.

The new Apple Watch SE is now available for pre-order in Australia, Canada, France, Germany, India, Japan, the UAE, the UK, the US, and more than 40 other countries and regions and will be available to customers from September 16, 2022.

Apple Watch Ultra

The Apple Watch Ultra is a rugged version of the Apple Watch and it just designed for athletes of all kinds, customized bands for endurance training, outdoor adventures, and water sports.

The 49mm titanium casing and flat sapphire front crystal of the Apple Watch Ultra show the largest and brightest Apple Watch display. Owners can access a variety of useful functionality made easy and quick with a customizable Action button. The battery life of the Apple Watch Ultra is the longest of any Apple Watch, lasting up to 36 hours with normal use.

The Wayfinder watch face has a compass built into the dial and is made specifically for the larger Apple Watch Ultra display. It also has the capacity for up to eight complications. Three new bands are also included with Apple Watch Ultra: Trail Loop, Alpine Loop, and Ocean Band.

This extreme condition Watch Ultra is now available for pre-order at $799 in Australia, Canada, France, Germany, India, Japan, the UAE, the UK, the US, and more than 40 other countries and regions and will be available to customers from September 23, 2022.

AirPods Pro (2nd Gen)

The AirPods Pro (2nd Gen) is debuting with Apple’s new H2 chip. This chip unlocks audio performance and brings significant improvements to Active Noise Cancellation and Transparency mode, as well as a new way to experience Spatial Audio that is even more immersive.

Besides that, customers may now benefit from extended battery life, a brand-new charging case, and an extra ear tip in an XS size for a better fit, as well as Touch control for music playback and volume adjustments directly from the stem.

The AirPods Pro listening experience is even more immersive with Personalized Spatial Audio. Depending on the size and shape of their heads and ears, users each experience sound unique. Users can create a personalized profile for Spatial Audio using the TrueDepth camera on their iPhone, which provides a listening experience that is specifically tuned for them.

With dynamic head tracking, users can enjoy Personalized Spatial Audio with music, movies, and TV shows on their iPhone, iPad, Mac, and Apple TV.

The new AirPods Pro provides 1.5 hours more listening time than the first generation and a total of up to six hours with Active Noise Cancellation. Users can enjoy up to 30 hours of total listening time with Active Noise Cancellation using the case for four additional charges, which is an increase of six hours over the previous version.

The new AirPods Pro can be charged with an Apple Watch charger, in addition to a MagSafe charger, Qi-certified charging mat, or the Lightning cable.

The newly created charging case for AirPods Pro is sweat- and water-resistant and has a lanyard loop so it is always handy. Users of an U1-enabled iPhone can use Precision Finding to locate their charging case with directions. Additionally, the charging case features a built-in speaker that plays louder tones, making it much easier to find.

The 2nd Gen AirPods Pro is now available for pre-order at $249 in the US and 50 other countries and regions (including India) and will be available to customers from September 23, 2022.

iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Plus

Surprisingly, Apple will not make mini versions of iPhones anymore or in the future instead, they have now a new model called the ‘Plus’ version which is a non-Pro model the iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Plus in 6.1-inches and 6.7-inches respectively, and both phones are powered by the same A15 Bionic chip but it now shipped with 5-core GPU (1 extra core compare to 4-cores in previous models) offers great performance and efficiency for heavy workloads and is created with privacy and security in mind.

With the iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Plus, key safety features including crash detection and satellite-based emergency assistance are now available.

Apple did not mention any pricing for Emergency SOS via satellite, but once the company announced the pricing we will be publishing it via a new post. Emergency SOS via satellite will be available beginning in the US and Canada in November 2022, and the service will be included for free for two years.

Both models are available in midnight, blue, starlight, purple, and (PRODUCT)RED finishes.

iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Plus is now available for pre-order at $799 and $899 respectively in Australia, Canada, China, France, Germany, India, Italy, Japan, Singapore, Spain, Thailand, the UAE, the UK, the US, and more than 30 other countries and regions and will be available to customers from September 16 while iPhone 14 Plus will be available from October 7, 2022.

The new iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max models include an Always-On display, the first iPhone with a 48MP camera, Crash Detection, Emergency SOS via satellite, a unique new way to receive notifications and activities with the Dynamic Island experience via a pill-shaped notch, and both phones are powered by Apple’s new A16 Bionic chip, find out more in below.

iPhone 14 Pro and Pro Max’s display offers the highest outdoor peak brightness in up to 2000 nits, which is twice as bright as the iPhone 13 Pro, and the same peak HDR brightness level as Pro Display XDR.

The iPhone 14 Pro series includes a brand-new 48MP Main camera with a quad-pixel sensor for the first time in iPhone history, as well as second-generation sensor-shift optical image stabilization.

The quad-pixel sensor, which combines every four pixels into one huge quad-pixel equivalent to 2.44 m for most photos, produces incredible low-light capture while keeping photo size at a useful 12MP.

In addition, the quad-pixel sensor allows for a 2x Telephoto option, which uses the center 12 megapixels of the sensor to produce 4K videos and full-resolution photos without the use of digital zoom. With features like Portrait mode, this provides optical quality at a well-known focal length.

The quad-pixel sensor also brings benefits to pro workflows, optimizing for detail in ProRAW. Plus, iPhone now shoots ProRAW at 48MP with an unprecedented level of detail thanks to a new machine-learning model created especially for the quad-pixel sensor

The new A16 Bionic chip in iPhone 14 Pro models has two high-performance cores and four high-efficiency cores, the new 6-core CPU is up to 40 percent faster than the competition and easily handles demanding workloads.

A16 Bionic has a new 16-core Neural Engine that can perform approximately 17 trillion operations per second and an accelerated 5-core GPU with 50% more memory bandwidth, which makes it perfect for graphics-intensive games and apps.

With complete hardware and software integration, the Photonic Engine provides mid- to low-light performance in photos across all cameras: up to 2x on the Main camera, up to 3x on the Ultra Wide camera, up to 2x on the Telephoto camera, and up to 2x on the TrueDepth camera.

With features like Emergency SOS via satellite and Crash Detection, iPhone became even more useful for everyday tasks, creative work, and now even emergencies.

Apple did not mention any pricing for Emergency SOS via satellite, but once the company announces the pricing we will be publishing it via a new post. Emergency SOS via satellite will be available beginning in the US and Canada in November 2022, and the service will be included for free for two years.

Both models are available in deep purple, silver, gold, and space black finishes.
