Apple‘s highly anticipated event is almost here. The iPhone 16 will be revealed today Monday, September 9th, 2024, at 1 pm ET / 10 am PT. Apple is expected to unveil four new iPhone models: two standard iPhone 16s and two iPhone 16 Pros, all featuring Apple’s much-talked-about “Apple Intelligence” AI capabilities. Are you excited?
If you want to be in the midst of all the action, you can easily watch the live stream from Apple’s website, their YouTube channel (we embed the video player below), or your Apple TV. If you’re using Apple TV, the event will likely be highlighted on the home screen, but if not, a quick search for “Apple Event” will take you there in no time.
But the event isn’t just about shiny new iPhones. We’re also likely to get the lowdown on release dates for Apple’s next big software updates – iOS 18, iPadOS 18, macOS 15 Sequoia, watchOS 11, and visionOS 2. Apple Intelligence, the company’s AI platform, is expected to be a huge part of this software launch, though to get the full experience, you’ll need an M1-powered iPad or Mac, or at least an iPhone 15 Pro.
Rumor has it, that we might even get a glimpse of some new AirPods or a sleek new Mac mini. But if the Mac mini doesn’t show up, don’t fret – it’s possible Apple will save that for another event later in the year.
