Motorola Edge 5G Features

The Motorola Edge 5G Smartphone is designed to give a high-end experience by providing super-fast downloads and HD video streaming, the Edge supports next-generation 5G wireless networks. From films to mobile games, everything seems seamless on the 6.7″ OLED Endless Edge display, which wraps around both sides of the phone and appears to go on forever. With an FHD+ resolution (2340 x 1080) and a smooth 90 Hz refresh rate, it delivers HDR10 visual quality.

A triple camera array on the phone’s back is capable of taking 4K UHD videos and high-resolution photos in a number of ways. Take images with stunning detail using the 64MP main camera with Quad Pixel technology. With the 16MP ultra-wide-angle lens and Macro Vision, you can capture more of the scene. A ToF sensor allows you to add a bokeh blur to backgrounds for captivating pictures, and an 8MP telephoto lens enables 2x optical zoom. To enable a 25MP lens for selfies, a single discrete hole is cut into the display.

The Motorola Edge 5G, which is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 765 octa-core processor and 6GB of RAM, now has Android 11. Games, 4K films, and high-resolution Quad Pixel images may all be kept on the 256GB internal storage, which can be upgraded up to 1TB with an (optional) microSD card. With so much speed and power, battery life would ordinarily be an issue, but the Moto Edge has a large 4500mAh battery that can last up to 2 days on a single charge.

This phone is compatible with 5G networks. 5G is a cellular network communication technology that can deliver data speeds that are on par with, if not faster than, wired broadband Internet providers. Although 5G speeds vary a lot depending on where you are, you should have no trouble streaming 4K videos on average. Mobile AR and VR applications may become practical as 5G technology improves. For places that do not support 5G, the phone has backward compatibility with 4G LTE, 3G, and 2G data.

The Moto Edge is a US-only model. It may be used in other regions of the world; however, depending on the network, 5G access may be limited or unavailable. To ensure that this phone is network compatible, please select your country/carrier from the drop-down menu above.

A fingerprint reader is unobtrusively built-in within the display itself to protect your content and personal information. Face recognition can also be used to unlock the phone using the front-facing selfie camera.

The Moto Edge is not a fragile smartphone while being loaded with cutting-edge mobile technology. The screen is covered by sturdy and durable Corning Gorilla Glass 5, while the frame is made of 6000 class aluminum. The Edge’s water-repellent construction and IP52-rated water resistance make it easy to endure a small splash or rain when out in the elements.

You may customize numerous features of your phone by choosing your favorite styles, wallpapers, layout, and fingerprint animations. Moto Display (Edge Touch, Edge Lights, Peek Display, and Attentive Display), Moto Gametime, and Moto Audio are just a few of the Moto technologies that may be used to enhance the Edge’s capabilities. Use one of the many Moto Actions, such as Quick Capture, Fast Flashlight, Three-Finger Screenshot, Pick Up to Silence, Screenshot Toolkit, and actions to control media playback, for quick and easy access to phone functionalities.
