iOS 16 adoption rates jump over 50% higher than iOS 15

According to a Mixpanel analytical analysis, iOS 16 adoptions rates are at an all-time high, especially when compared to iOS 15 from the previous year. After iOS 16 was released (Sept. 12, 2022), adoption rates climbed to over 50% higher than iOS 15 within the same timeframe, according to Mixpanel’s statistics, which revealed that iOS 15’s adoption rate was even lower than the previous iOS 14.

iOS 16 (timeframe: Aug. 30 – Sept. 16, 2022)
iOS 15 (timeframe: Aug. 30 – Sept. 30, 2021)
iOS 14 (timeframe: Aug. 30 – Sept. 30, 2020)
