Apple Back to School 2022 is officially live for students, educators, and staff. This year’s Apple Back to School promo replaces free AirPods with free gift cards with up to $150 gift cards on select Mac purchases and $10 gift cards on iPad Air and iPad Pro purchases, plus a 20% discount on AppleCare+. You can access Apple Back to School sale 2022 HERE.

The Apple Back to School sale 2022 promotion is now live in the United States and runs through September 26, 2022 (Note: promotion dates may vary in other countries).

Apple Back to School 2022 Deals

Don’t get confused when you purchase MacBook Air. At this time, the new 2022’s MacBook Air with M2 chip isn’t available for purchase, but it will be arriving in July, you have to wait for it. However, if you wanted to buy the 2020 M1 MacBook Air you can go for it, starting from $899 for the base model and going up to $1,799 for the max configuration in the United States.

We’ll update this list once the 2022 M2 MacBook Air goes on sale in July.

(Update: 2022’s M2 MacBook Air is now available for purchase)

The refreshed 13-inch MacBook Pro with an M2 chip is now available for purchase, starting from $1,199 for the base model and going up to $2,299 with max configuration. (2022 M2 MacBook Air also available for purchase, check it below)

Or, you can go with a 14-inch MacBook Pro with an M1 Pro chip, starting at $1,849 (also available M1 Max configuration during purchase). Or, choose 16-inch MacBook Pro with M1 Pro and M1 Max chips, starting at $2,299 and $3,199 respectively.

And for the iMac promotion, the 2021’s iMac with M1chip starts at $1,249 and goes up to $2,319 (without adding an accessory and software bundle).

Talking about iPads deals, the M1 chip and 5G enabled 5th Gen iPad Pro is available in Apple Back to School 2022 promo. The 11-inch iPad Pro Wi-Fi model starts at $749 for the base configuration and $949 for the Wi-Fi+Cellular model (without adding extra accessories) while the 12.9-inch iPad Pro Wi-Fi model starts at $999 and $1,199 for the Wi-Fi+Cellular model.

And the budget-friendly 5th Gen iPad Air with M1 chip and 5G connectivity is also available in the promo list, the base model of iPad Air starts at $549 for the Wi-Fi version and $699 for the Wi-Fi+Cellular version.

[content-egg module=Viglink template=list next=1]

We check Amazon for iPad Pro 11-inch discount, Amazon currently has only a 7% discount on 11-inch iPad Pro with M1 chip for Wi-Fi only model, if you like this deal then check it out at Amazon.com and save $9.45 as compared to Apple Back to School 2022 promo, but not good at all because when you buy iPad Pro at Apple during Back to School 2022 promotion, you can score $100 gift card for iPad Pro.

[content-egg module=Amazon template=list next=1]

Also, the 12.9-inch iPad Pro has a 6% discount on Wi-Fi only model with storage of 1TB, but it is still not good at all. The same price as Apple Back to School 2022 sale and you’re missing a $100 gift card from Apple.

[content-egg module=Amazon template=list next=1]

We also check Amazon deals for iPad Air models with M1 chip and 5G connectivity and found a 7% discount for Wi-Fi and Wi-Fi+ Cellular models with 64GB storage, but this isn’t a good deal the deal has almost the same price as Apple Back to School 2022 sale, any way you can look for the iPad Air deal on Amazon.com.

[content-egg module=Amazon template=list next=1]

Overall, we’re not recommending Amazon’s deals at this time, you can go with Apple Back to School 2022 sale and score a $100 gift card on iPad Air and iPad Pro purchases and a $150 gift card on select Mac purchases.

The left menu from macOS 26 Tahoe features a wide range of monochrome icons next to commands such as New, Open, Save, Duplicate, Rename, Share, and Print. The right menu from macOS 27 Golden Gate presents a cleaner, more streamlined appearance with fewer menu icons, retaining only select symbols for key actions while emphasizing text-based navigation. The comparison highlights Apple’s redesign of menu bar interfaces in macOS 27, focusing on simplicity, reduced visual clutter, and a more refined user experience.
