Simurgh, the outdoor apparel brand, has announced the launch of its latest product – the Simurgh Ultima Windbreaker. This versatile jacket is designed to provide all-weather protection with its unique features, including ultra-lightweight, 4-way stretch, water repellent, windproof, anti-UV, stain-resistant, antibacterial treatment, and PFC-free.
The Simurgh Ultima Windbreaker is made of Delicacy, a special fabric developed by the Simurgh team that combines the best of woven and knitted fabrics. This material is much lighter than conventional knitted fabrics and has a higher density of woven fabrics that finish soft. With Delicacy being its core material, the Simurgh Ultima Windbreaker is stretchier, softer, and lighter than conventional hard shells while offering the same level of protection.
“We used to manufacture premium fabric for major brands around the globe, and it got us thinking… What if outerwear can be as comfortable as a base layer?” said Guo-Peng Huang, CEO of Simurgh. “It is a revolutionary act and it took us quite some time to carry out the product, but the wearer’s feedback makes everything worthwhile.”

The Simurgh Ultima Windbreaker is available for the launch price of $89 on Kickstarter, a crowdfunding platform. The shipping of this product will start in June 2023.
