Samsung launched the Galaxy Book2 Business yesterday at MWC 2022, which is built on Intel‘s vPro platform for advanced security and maximum productivity for businesses doing hybrid work.

Samsung has fitted the Galaxy Book2 Business with Studio Mode, which delivers crisper video conversations and virtual background effects like background blur and office background to facilitate work-from-home and work collaboration.

Even if the user moves around during video meetings, the Auto Framing feature, which was introduced with the Galaxy Tab S8, keeps the user in the frame. Employees can safely communicate crucial data files using the Private Share functionality.

The Galaxy Book2 Business is powered by an Intel Core i3, Core i5, or Core i7 processor from the 12th Generation. The laptop comes with Intel UHD, Intel Iris Xe, or Nvidia GeForce MX 570A graphics, depending on the model you choose. 8GB/16GB/32GB/64GB RAM and 256GB/512GB/1TB PCIe NVMe SSD storage are supported. It also includes a microSD card slot for additional storage.

A 14-inch LCD display with Full HD resolution and an anti-glare coating comes standard on the new laptop. A fingerprint sensor, a Full HD webcam with IR sensors for Windows Hello authentication, and stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos is also included (integrated into the power button).

One Thunderbolt 4 port, one USB 3.2 Type-C port, two USB Type-A ports, an HDMI port, an ethernet port, and a headphone/mic combo jack are all available. A 51.5Whr battery powers the device, while the USB Type-C connection enables 65W charging. The new laptop is 1.51kg in weight.

Windows 11 Pro is pre-installed on the device. To reduce numerous cyber risks and vulnerabilities, Samsung has equipped its new business laptop with defense-grade security, Intel’s Hardware Shield technology, and a secure embedded CPU.

The device has a tamper-proof BIOS as well as an auto BIOS recovery capability. The Samsung Galaxy Book2 Business is also Microsoft Secured-Core PC certified, ensuring that it is protected against firmware and kernel assaults.

Users may share their work from anywhere and answer calls and respond to messages with the Galaxy Book2 Business’s features including Link To Windows, Quick Share, and Link Sharing. The laptop will be offered in select markets beginning in April 2022. The price of this laptop has yet to be announced by Samsung.
