The new ROG Phone 6 and ROG Phone 6 Pro, ROG Cetra True Wireless and ROG Cetra True Wireless Pro, and ROG Delta S Wireless and ROG Delta S Core were just unveiled by ASUS ROG during its livestream from yesterday. For here, I’m talking about the new ROG Cetra True Wireless and ROG Cetra True Wireless Pro.

The new ASUS ROG Cetra comes in two variants: ROG Cetra True Wireless and ROG Cetra True Wireless Pro, the difference is that the Cetra True Wireless Pro offers dual-mode Bluetooth and wired USB-C connectivity, making it the world’s first pair of true wireless headphones in the world.

For the best sound quality, it also sports an ESS Quad DAC, an AI Noise-Canceling Microphone, 10mm drivers, and Qualcomm’s AptX Lossless codec. ASUS claims that the pro version includes a gaming mode with a 45ms latency and 24-bit, 96kHz music playback. Keep in mind that only the ROG Phone 6 series has a 45ms latency, according to DigitalTrends.

Additionally, it has a choice of Active Noise Cancelation (ANC) settings, and if you use the included USB-C cable to connect, it has a HiFi grade ESS 9280 DACTM, which is practically lossless audio. The Cetra True Wireless, on the other hand, is essentially the same but uses Hybrid ANC technology.

The great news is, that ASUS paired the new ROG Cetra Pro earbuds are paired with the new ROG Phone 6 and 6 Pro. As per the battery life, ASUS claims the new earbuds will get a healthy 28 hours of battery life while using the case. To add, the earbuds have quick-charging capability for even faster charges.

For the price point, ASUS didn’t reveal any details on this but they said that the new earbuds will be going on sale this year’s September/October.
