Prime Video has officially set a return date for Off Campus, with the college hockey romance drama heading back to the streaming service on April 28, 2027. Alongside the release date, Amazon has confirmed the returning cast members and revealed which couple will take center stage in the upcoming season.
Season 2 will continue the story at Briar University, but the romantic spotlight is shifting from Garrett Graham and Hannah Wells to Dean Di Laurentis and Allie Hayes, played by Stephen Kalyn and Mika Abdalla, respectively.
The announcement came on November 5, when Abdalla and Kalyn revealed the premiere date in a video shared through the show’s official social media channels. Prime Video also confirmed that the second season will premiere worldwide on the same date.
Off Campus season 2 brings back familiar faces
While Dean and Allie will lead the next chapter, fans won’t have to say goodbye to the couple who anchored the first season. Belmont Cameli and Ella Bright are returning as Garrett Graham and Hannah Wells, keeping both characters involved in the show’s ensemble.
The returning cast also includes Antonio Cipriano as John Logan and Jalen Thomas Brooks as John Tucker. Other familiar faces coming back include Julia Sarah-Stone as Jules Logan, Khobe Clarke as Beau Maxwell, and Miles Gutierrez-Riley as Dexter.
The second season will also introduce new developments through its supporting characters. India Fowler joins as Grace Ivers, Logan’s love interest, while Hamilton star Phillipa Soo takes on the recurring role of Scarlett, a theatre artist involved in a production at Briar University.
Shay Rudolph will appear as Summer Di Laurentis, Dean’s younger sister, while Charlie Evans returns as Hunter Davenport, Dean’s high-school hockey rival.
Here’s the confirmed season 2 cast:

Dean and Allie take over the central romance
The biggest change in season 2 is the shift in its central relationship. The first season followed Garrett and Hannah as they moved from an unlikely arrangement to a genuine romance. The next installment will instead explore the relationship between Allie and Dean.
That change follows the broader structure of author Elle Kennedy’s Off-Campus book universe, where different installments focus on different couples while keeping the same interconnected group of university friends and hockey players.
Interestingly, the television adaptation is not following the novels’ original order exactly. Dean and Allie’s relationship is explored in The Score, the third novel in the original Off-Campus series, while the second book, The Mistake, focuses on John Logan.
The show’s creative team has already made it clear that changing the central couple doesn’t mean abandoning Garrett and Hannah. Both characters will remain part of the ensemble, although their relationship will no longer drive the season’s main romantic storyline.
This gives the series room to develop multiple relationships around Briar University’s hockey team rather than treating each season as a completely separate story.
A second season following a successful debut
Prime Video renewed Off Campus for a second season in February 2026, several months before the first season premiered. The early renewal reflected Amazon’s confidence in the adaptation of Kennedy’s bestselling novels.
The first season arrived on May 13, 2026, introducing viewers to Briar University and its elite ice hockey team. According to Amazon, the series reached 36 million viewers worldwide during its first 12 days on the platform. At launch, it also became the third most-viewed debut season of any series in Prime Video history, behind The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power and Fallout.
Created by Louisa Levy and based on Kennedy’s five-book series, Off Campus combines college hockey, romance, friendship, and the challenges of growing into adulthood. Levy continues to lead the adaptation alongside co-showrunner Gina Fattore.
With the second season now scheduled for April 28, 2027, viewers have a confirmed date to return to Briar University. All episodes of the first season are currently available to stream on Prime Video.
