Prime Day

Amazon Prime Day is an annual shopping event for Amazon Prime members, typically featuring discounts on various products. It’s a two-day event, and in recent years, a second similar sale has been held in the fall, called Prime Big Deal Days. Prime Day generates significant online spending and presents logistical challenges for Amazon. The worldwide event has taken place annually since 2015, with its dates varying from year to year. In 2022, it took place twice, on July 12-13 and October 11-12. In 2020, the event was delayed due to COVID-19 and took place on October 13-14. The history of Amazon Prime Day dates is as follows:

  • Prime Day 2025: July 8-11 & October 7-8
  • Prime Day 2024: July 16-17 & October 8-9
  • Prime Day 2023: July 11-12 & October 10-11
  • Prime Day 2022: July 12-13 & October 11-12
  • Prime Day 2021: June 21-22
  • Prime Day 2020: October 13-14 (due to COVID-19)
