Netflix launches free plan in Vietnam for Android users

Netflix introduces a free plan in Vietnam that lets Android users watch Netflix content for free without ads. Recently, Netflix also introduces a free plan in Kenya with an ad-free experience plus some limitations, read here. Vietnam is the second country that gets a free plan after Kenya.

How to sign up for Netflix free plan in Vietnam

To start with Netflix free plan, Android users in Vietnam must enter their email and confirm they have at least 18 age-old or over and ready their strong password. Users in Vietnam will also Netflix premium member benefits with this free plan first of all ad-free experience, recommendations about your search or watch history, as well as Netflix, lets you add up to 5 profiles including kids.

Netflix also told that Vietnam users will be able to download Netflix content so they can access content on the go if users don’t have a cellular network or problem with networking coverage when traveling. The download feature will debut in the coming month, Netflix said.

Parents in Vietnam will also get benefits of parental controls like maturity settings for age-appropriate content, profile PINs to lock off access to one or all profiles, and the ability to monitor their children’s activity such as what they have been watching. Netflix also told that users can easily upgrade to Netflix plans so they can access Netflix’s full library, and be able to watch Netflix content on TV or laptop.
