Today I just surfed LinkedIn on my laptop and found the changing color scheme from light to dark, then I quickly check the LinkedIn app on my mobile phone and there’s I also found a dark mode enabled by default, so I guess LinkedIn dark mode officially available to everyone for all devices.

LinkedIn said dark mode, through color and contrast, is meant to cut down on eye strain and help people who are sensitive to light, the company also said, it was designed to display options to make the text easier to read. Dark mode often used low-light conditions and it also helps to save battery life.

How to Turn On/Off LinkedIn Dark Mode on Desktop and Mobile Devices

Users can switch between dark mode or light mode anytime from the settings. On the desktop, click on the Me icon (your profile icon) and select Settings & Privacy and tap on Account Preference from the left side, and click Display from the subsection. Now click on the Change button next to Dark Mode, there you will see modes like Device setting, Dark mode, and Light mode, now just change your preferred mode and see the effect on your screen.

On mobile devices, tap on your profile picture and click on Settings, then tap the Account preferences now tap the Dark Mode from the Display section and there you will find the same modes as above such as Device setting, Dark mode, and Light mode, just tap on it and enjoy. There is no need to save, your selection mode will automatically apply and save on both desktop and mobile devices.
