After announcing the new iPhone 13 series on September 14, Apple also mentioned new iOS 15, iPadOS 15, and watchOS 8 will be debut on September 20, 2021, which was introduced at WWDC 2021 event, and its stable version will be arriving today in India at 10:30 P.M. IST.
That means iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch users in India will be getting free OTA software updates on their devices tonight, and don’t forget to check your iPhone, iPad, or Apple Watch (I have added 3 tips for Apple Watch to get a software update, see at watchOS 8 compatibility section) for software updates by going to Settings > General > Software Update.
And, also make sure your device has enough storage to check that, go to Settings > General > About, scroll down, and see available storage.

iOS 15 features
iOS 15 comes with numerous features for your iPhones including a new FaceTime feature on Android and PC that allows users to participate in calls via a sharable link, and iMessage improvements that now track links and photos that your friends have been sent you.
Also, iOS 15 now lets you add tags to your notes so users can categories them easily. And another cool feature is Smart Folders which automatically add notes in one place based on your tags which can be very useful for some users.
A brand new Focus feature allowing users to set different notification preferences depending on what users are doing, for example, car driving. This Focus feature notifies their iMessage contacts about their activity to let their contact know why they aren’t responding. And much more features on the way, see all features.

watchOS 8 requires iPhone 6s or later with iOS 15 or later.
Tip 1: If your Apple Watch has watchOS 6 or later, then you can install any latest watchOS on your Apple Watch without iPhone, just make sure your Apple Watch has connected with a Wi-Fi network. Follow these steps to update Apple Watch without iPhone, Settings > General > Software Update.
Tip 2: You can use iPhone to update your Apple Watch software. When you see an alert on your iPhone that says “Your Apple Watch software is out of date,” you should update to the latest version of watchOS so that your data, including Activity Data, continues to sync to your iPhone.
Tip 3: You can manually update your Apple Watch, just put your Apple Watch on its charger until the update process has been done. First, open Apple Watch app on your iPhone and go to the My Watch > General > Software Update.
