Ibrahim Al-Nasser, a Saudi Arabian gaming enthusiast, has redefined the concept of console collection. With a feat that would make any tech-savvy individual’s head spin, he’s managed to hook up an astonishing 444 gaming consoles to a single television. Yes, you read that right. Four hundred and forty-four.

From the pioneering Magnavox Odyssey, a relic of the early 1970s, to the sleek PlayStation 5 Slim, a fresh face on the gaming scene, Al-Nasser’s collection is a veritable who’s who of gaming history. In between these two extremes lies a treasure trove of consoles, including the beloved Sega Genesis (Al-Nasser’s personal favorite), the quirky Wii U, and the elusive Super A’Can, a rarity even for seasoned collectors.

Imagine a room that looks like a cross between an electronics store and a cable management nightmare. That’s Al-Nasser’s gaming sanctuary. Yet, defying all odds, he’s managed to tame the cable chaos, creating an organized system that allows him to seamlessly switch between these countless consoles. An Excel spreadsheet, over 30 RCA switchers, and more than 12 HDMI switchers are the unsung heroes behind this monumental setup.

While this mind-boggling achievement stands as a testament to Al-Nasser’s dedication, it also serves as a reminder of the ever-evolving world of gaming. With new consoles like the Nintendo Switch 2 and PlayStation 6 on the horizon, Al-Nasser might soon find himself needing to expand his gaming empire once again.

Until then, his record-breaking setup remains a captivating blend of nostalgia and technological prowess, a feat that’s as impressive as it is utterly absurd.
