Assassin’s Creed Black Flag Resynced is now up for preorder, and Ubisoft is clearly betting on nostalgia with a polished modern remake of one of the series’ most loved entries. The game launches July 9, 2026, for PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC, with preorders already live across major retailers and digital storefronts.

Where to preorder
If you just want the standard edition, you have plenty of options. Amazon, Best Buy, GameStop, Target, Walmart, PS Store, and Xbox Store list for console buyers, while PC players can preorder through Steam and the Ubisoft Store.
Ubisoft’s official site also confirms PC availability through Ubisoft Store, Steam, and Epic Games Store, which is useful if you want to stick to official storefronts or preferred launchers.
Editions and pricing
The standard edition is priced at $59.99, and that price applies across PS5, Xbox, Steam, and Ubisoft Store listings.
There is also a Digital Deluxe Edition, which includes the Master Assassin Character Pack and the Master Assassin Naval Pack. The PC version is at $69.99, while its console listing shows PS Store and Xbox Store pages for the edition as well.
For fans who want the shelf candy, the Collector’s Edition costs $199.99 and includes the game plus physical extras like an Edward Kenway figurine, steelbook, logbook, metal brooch, and a sea shanty music sheet. Ubisoft’s official Collector’s Edition page says it includes a Deluxe Edition copy of the game, with a physical disc on PS5 and Xbox and a game key on PC.
What buyers get
Preordering any edition gets players the Blackbeard’s Crimson Pack, which includes a costume for Edward, plus a sword and pistol with unique perks.
Beyond the usual visual upgrade pitch, Ubisoft says this remake uses the latest Anvil Engine and adds new content, while IGN notes improved graphics, reworked combat, smoother movement, adaptive stealth mission design, and three new officer storylines.
