Mark your calendars because Amazon has finally revealed the dates for its highly-anticipated Prime Day 2024. This year, the retail giant’s 10th anniversary Prime Day extravaganza will take place on July 16th starting at 12:01 am PT (12:01 am PT / 3:01 am ET) and run for 48 hours until July 17th.

Get ready for massive savings across a wide range of products, from top brands like Clinique and Allbirds to household favorites like Kiehl’s. Prime members will have exclusive access to millions of deals, with new offers dropping as frequently as every five minutes during peak times. This means you can keep checking back throughout the event to snag the perfect item for yourself or your loved ones.

This year, Prime Day brings back the popular Invite-Only deals. These exclusive offers, expected to sell out quickly, can be accessed by requesting an invitation beforehand. Some of the hottest rumored deals include hefty discounts on Sony Wireless Headphones (up to 40% off) and Peloton products (up to 30% off).

“Prime Day is a celebration of the value we bring to our members all year round,” shared Jamil Ghani, vice president of Amazon Prime. He elaborated on the variety of deals available, stating, “The event features millions of deals across more than 35 product categories, with additional discounts on Amazon devices, entertainment, groceries, travel, and more.” Ghani further highlighted the significant savings opportunity for Prime members, mentioning, “Over the course of last year, Amazon customers saved nearly $24 billion from deals and coupons, with Prime members enjoying the vast majority of those savings, including over $2.5 billion during Prime Day 2023.”

Here’s a sneak peek at what to expect during Amazon Prime Day 2024:

  • Back-to-school and Off-to-College savings: Parents, students, and teachers can rejoice! Dedicated shopping guides packed with deals on everything needed for the upcoming school year will be available. Convenient filter options let you search by price and desired delivery speed, including Same-Day Delivery (currently offered in over 110 U.S. metro areas).
  • Dorm room inspiration: Channel your inner interior designer with curated product lists inspired by popular social media trends. Visit the Back to School and Off to College storefronts to discover these guides and kickstart your shopping spree.
  • Student deals: Young adults (ages 18-24) and college students can take advantage of a special Prime Student offer. This includes a six-month trial followed by a reduced membership fee of $7.49 per month or $69 per year.
  • Early deals: The party starts early this year! Prime members can already enjoy access to deals on products from popular brands like New Balance, HP, and Coach.
  • Influencer picks: Get ready for exciting deals curated by your favorite influencers! From July 8th to July 15th, personalities like Jess Sims, Alyssa McKay, and Millie Bobby Brown will be dropping exclusive deals on their favorite products across various categories, including beauty, sports, and home.

Amazon Prime Day 2024 goes worldwide

The shopping extravaganza isn’t limited to the U.S. Prime Day will kick off on July 16th in a multitude of countries, including Austria, Canada, France, Germany, India (later this summer), Italy, Japan, Mexico, Spain, UK, and many more.

Gear up for savings:

To unlock the treasure trove of deals on Prime Day, you’ll need a Prime membership. If you haven’t joined yet, now’s the perfect time! A Prime membership offers a multitude of benefits, including access to a vast selection of products, exceptional value, and fast delivery. Join the over 200 million Prime members worldwide and experience the convenience and savings for yourself.
