The Alienware 16X Aurora has dropped to $1,674.99 at Best Buy, with the retailer currently advertising $900 in savings against a $2,574.99 comparable value. That puts the 2026 gaming laptop at a substantially lower price while retaining its high-end 16-inch OLED display and Intel Core Ultra HX processor.

The deal applies to the Alienware 16X Aurora with an Intel Core Ultra 7 270HX processor, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5060 graphics, 16GB of memory, and a 512GB SSD. The laptop is finished in Blue and carries model number LAC16251-7317BLU-PUS at Best Buy.

The display is one of the standout features of this configuration. Alienware equips the 16X Aurora with a 16-inch WQXGA OLED panel with a 2560×1600 resolution and 240Hz refresh rate. Best Buy lists the display at up to 500 nits, while Dell’s specifications for the 16X Aurora family list the OLED panel with 120% DCI-P3 color volume, up to 620 nits HDR brightness, ComfortView Plus, and NVIDIA G-SYNC.

Under the hood, the Core Ultra 7 270HX Plus is a 20-core processor with a maximum frequency of 5.3GHz. The RTX 5060 configuration includes 8GB of GDDR7 graphics memory, giving the laptop a dedicated Blackwell-based GPU for gaming and other graphics-intensive workloads.

The lower price also makes the OLED-equipped 16X Aurora more accessible than its $2,574.99 comparable value suggests.
