ASUS is leaning hard into AI-powered desktops with its new ExpertCenter P600 AiO, a sleek all-in-one PC aimed squarely at offices that live inside Teams calls, shared documents, and cloud apps all day.

At a high level, this is ASUS’ Copilot+ PC for the desk: you get up to an AMD Ryzen AI 7 processor with a dedicated NPU delivering up to 50 TOPS of AI performance, paired with up to 64GB of DDR5 RAM and up to a 2TB SSD. That combo is designed to keep AI-heavy workloads like real-time transcription, on-device assistants, and content generation running locally instead of relying entirely on the cloud.

There are two sizes: a 24‑inch-class model (PM640GA) and a 27‑inch model (PM670GA), both with FHD IPS panels, 16:9 aspect ratio, wide viewing angles and 93% screen‑to‑body ratio on the higher-end configuration. Touch is optional, but if you tick that box, you get a more kiosk-friendly setup for reception desks, retail counters, or classrooms where tapping and swiping makes more sense than a mouse. TÜV-certified low blue light and an anti-glare coating help if you’re staring at dashboards all day.

Because this is a Copilot+ PC, ASUS leans on AI features as a daily quality-of-life upgrade rather than a buzzword. The P600 AiO supports Microsoft’s Copilot in Windows plus ASUS’ own MyExpert and AI ExpertMeet tools, which promise smarter meetings with AI-based noise cancelation, automatic camera framing and lighting, live transcription, and even translation for calls. The idea is that your calls stay clear in a noisy open-plan office, and follow-ups are easier because the system has already summarized what happened.

Connectivity is modern enough for most business deployments: you can spec WiFi 7 with Bluetooth 5.4, alongside Gigabit Ethernet, multiple USB-A ports, USB-C, HDMI‑out, and an HDMI‑in port so the P600’s display can double as a monitor for another device. That HDMI‑in button on the side makes it easy to flip into monitor mode, which is handy if someone brings a laptop into a meeting room or you’re sharing a machine in hot-desk environments.

On the design and ergonomics side, ASUS is clearly targeting desks that need to look tidy in customer-facing spaces. The chassis is clean and minimal, the bezels are slim, and you can add a height-adjustable stand that supports tilt, swivel, and even portrait mode. For more custom setups, there’s optional VESA mounting, so IT can throw these up on arms or walls for digital signage or customer check‑in points.

The camera setup is also tuned for privacy and security. The P600 offers retractable FHD or 5MP IR cameras with built-in mics, and the whole module physically hides inside the frame when you’re off a call. ASUS AdaptiveLock uses the IR camera to detect when you walk away and automatically locks the system, then logs you back in with Windows Hello-style biometric authentication when you return. It’s a small touch, but useful in banks, hospitals, or shared offices where screens are often left unattended.

Security in general is a big part of the pitch. ASUS bundles its ExpertGuardian stack here, including a NIST SP 800-155-compliant BIOS with five years of update support, optional TPM 2.0, and a complimentary year of McAfee+ Premium out of the box. You also get the usual business-friendly touches like a Kensington lock slot to physically secure the unit and firmware-level protections aimed at keeping malware and tampering in check over the long term.

For durability, the P600 AiO is tested to MIL-STD 810H standards, which means it should cope better than a typical consumer all‑in‑one with daily bumps, temperature swings, and the kind of handling you see in busy offices or school labs. ASUS is also pushing the sustainability angle: the machine meets ENERGY STAR and EPEAT targets on selected configurations and plugs into ASUS Carbon Partner Services and Digital Product Passport, giving enterprises tools to track lifecycle impact and offset emissions if they want.
