In a thrilling turn of events for wrestling and Bad Bunny fans alike, the Latin superstar is now a playable character in the latest WWE 2K23 video game.

We’ve known for a while that Bad Bunny is a dedicated wrestling enthusiast, and he even made a guest appearance at a WWE event back in May. Now, his fans can step into the virtual ring and brawl as the reggaeton sensation himself, thanks to the new WWE 2K23 Bad Bunny Edition.

This special edition of the game features a digital version of Bad Bunny, dressed in the iconic attire he sported during his appearance at the Backlash 2023 event in Puerto Rico, and it comes with several other exciting perks. The WWE 2K23 Bad Bunny Edition is now available for purchase at $139.99 and can be played on various platforms, including PCs through Steam, Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One, Sony’s PS5, and PS4 consoles. The game is rated as suitable for teenagers aged 13+.

In addition to Bad Bunny’s virtual character, the package also includes all the content found in the Icon Edition of WWE 2K23, which was released earlier in March for $119.99. This includes a season pass for downloadable content, throwback versions of legendary wrestlers like John Cena, exclusive arenas, and more.

If you’re already a proud owner of WWE 2K23 and simply want to add Bad Bunny to your roster, you can purchase the Bad Bunny Superstar Pack separately for just $9.99. And if you haven’t gotten your hands on the game yet, you’re in luck, as the standard version is currently 50% off for PlayStation consoles (digital download) and PCs on Steam until October 25.

Neil Lawi, WWE’s head of music, expressed his excitement about the collaboration, saying, “Following the global success of Bad Bunny’s new album ‘Nadie Sabe Lo Que Va a Pasar Mañana’ last week, and his historic match at WWE Backlash in Puerto Rico, we are excited to continue to collaborate with the biggest artist in the world and continue to break records with the WWE 2K23 Bad Bunny Edition.” This development is undoubtedly a treat for Bad Bunny fans and wrestling enthusiasts who can now experience the thrill of the ring with their favorite musical icon.
