Twitter Launches I Wish I Knew Podcast

Twitter introduces a new podcast called “I Wish I Knew” powered by @TwitterResearch, and you can listen to this podcast via your favorite podcast platform including Apple Podcasts, Spotify, Google Podcasts, TuneIn, and Stitcher.

Each episode of Season 1 will be co-hosted by a different pair of researchers who will share their experiences in the field, discuss how the team is using insights to elevate discussions around the business, explore why research matters, and celebrate the people and community that surrounds the work.

With the first episode, I Wish I Knew…, I Wish I Knew…, I Wish I Knew…, I Wish I Knew…, I Wish I Knew…, I @BrittneyHMills, head of Revenue Diversity Research, and @ReggieMurphy, head of Creation and Conversations Research, hosted How Research at Twitter Works.

Brittney and Reggie talk about their non-traditional career paths into research, how the Twitter Experience Research team works, and how the team delivers and evaluates effects during the product creation phase in Episode 1. They also give tips on essential skills for aspiring researchers.
