“Stillwater” an Apple Original animated series now streaming its five new episodes globally on Apple TV+. “Stillwater” was recently honored with a Peabody Award for excellence in storytelling and work that inspires empathy, as well as a Daytime Emmy Award for Outstanding Editing for a Preschool Animated Program.

For kids and families, “Stillwater” is a lovely and entertaining series. It informs people and has enchanted young viewers with its stories of friendship, all while giving them a new perspective on the world.

The plot follows three siblings, Karl, Addy, and Michael, as they face everyday problems, both great and small, that can feel insurmountable at times. Fortunately for these three, their next-door neighbor is Stillwater, a wise panda. Stillwater gives the children a deeper knowledge of their feelings as well as strategies to assist them to confront their own day-to-day issues through his example, storytelling, and gentle humor.

Stillwater is produced by Gaumont and Scholastic Entertainment and is based on the Scholastic book series Zen Shorts by Jon J Muth. Sidonie Dumas, Christophe Riandee, Nicolas Atlan, Terry Kalagian, Iole Lucchese, Caitlin Friedman, Jef Kaminsky, and Rob Hoegee executive produce the series, which features James Sie, Eva Binder, Tucker Chandler, and Judah Mackey as voice actors.
