Are you a PlayStation Plus subscriber who has been taking advantage of the PlayStation Plus Collection? If so, you only have a few days left to claim over a dozen classic PS4 titles that have been included as part of the subscription service since its launch in 2020.

The Collection was launched alongside the PlayStation 5 console in 2020, and it allowed owners of the new console to catch up on some of the biggest games of the previous generation. This was a smart move by Sony, as it was a neat incentive to subscribe to PlayStation Plus, and a reminder of the wealth of PS4 titles available to play via backwards compatibility when native PS5 titles were still thin on the ground.

The Collection includes some absolute cracking games such as Bloodborne, God of War, Ratchet and Clank, The Last Guardian, and Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End, to name just a few. However, with the discontinuation of the feature on May 9th, 2023, you’ll need to claim them now if you want to access them even after that date for as long as you remain a PlayStation Plus member.

Of course, it would be a daunting task to play through all of the games in the Collection before May 9th, but if you have an interest in playing any of them in the future, it’s best to claim them before the deadline. Just to be safe.

But what if you miss the deadline? Well, there are at least a couple of games on the list that will continue to be available as part of Sony’s more expensive Playstation Plus Extra and Premium tiers. These include Bloodborne, Resident Evil 7: Biohazard, Batman: Arkham Knight, The Last Guardian, God of War, Uncharted 4, and Fallout 4. You can find the full PlayStation Plus catalog on Sony’s website.
