Samsung’s upcoming smartwatches, the Galaxy Watch Ultra and Watch 7, have been leaked yet again, this time divulging their specifications and pricing. The leak comes from Dealabs, a French website, so keep in mind that the pricing might not directly translate to other markets, but it does give us a general idea of what to expect.

The Galaxy Watch Ultra is the bigger and more feature-packed of the two watches. It boasts a large 47mm body, constructed from titanium for added durability. The display is a 1.5-inch AMOLED with a sharp 480×480 resolution, protected by scratch-resistant sapphire glass. Powering the watch is Samsung’s new Exynos W1000 chip, built on a 3nm process for improved efficiency, along with 2GB of RAM and a generous 32GB of storage.

Battery life is also impressive, with a 590mAh battery on board. The Watch Ultra even features built-in wireless charging for added convenience. Interestingly, the leak suggests the Watch Ultra will be water resistant up to 10 ATM, which is double the standard water resistance of most smartwatches today.

All this power comes at a price, though. The leak claims the Galaxy Watch Ultra will set you back €699 in France. It’s important to note that this price is likely for the 4G-capable model. Color options for the Watch Ultra include Titanium Grey, Titanium Silver, and Titanium White.

The Galaxy Watch 7 seems to be more of an iterative update compared to the Watch Ultra. It will come in two sizes, 40mm and 44mm, just like its predecessor. The bezels appear to be the same size, and the body is still constructed from aluminum. However, the leak suggests the Watch 7 will also sport a sapphire glass display, a welcome upgrade for scratch resistance.

Internally, the Watch 7 is expected to pack the same Exynos W1000 chip and 2GB/32GB memory configuration as the Watch Ultra. Battery sizes are rumored to be 300mAh for the 40mm model and 425mAh for the 44mm model. Water resistance remains at 5 ATM, the current standard for most smartwatches.

The good news for potential buyers is that the pricing for the Watch 7 seems to be in line with the Galaxy Watch 6. The leak suggests a starting price of €319 for the 40mm model and €349 for the 44mm model, which translates roughly to $350-400 USD. Color options for the Watch 7 are said to be Green and Cream for the 40mm model and Green and Silver for the 44mm model.

Both the Galaxy Watch Ultra and Watch 7 are expected to run on the latest Wear OS 5, Google’s smartwatch operating system. Samsung is currently taking reservations for both watches on their website, offering a $50 credit and potential savings of up to $1,500 for pre-ordering. Reservations are free and come with no obligation to buy. Additionally, reserving a watch enters you into a sweepstakes for a $5,000 Samsung credit.
