Razer has unveiled its latest gaming keyboard lineup at RazerCon 2023. The Razer Huntsman V3 Pro series takes center stage, promising a high-end gaming experience tailored for esports enthusiasts. With several sizes to choose from and innovative features, it’s a compelling follow-up to its predecessors.

The Power of Razer’s Analog Optical Switch Gen-2

At the heart of the Huntsman V3 Pro keyboards is Razer’s newest innovation, the Analog Optical Switch Gen-2. These switches offer pinpoint precision thanks to factory calibration for each key and boast a remarkable lifespan of 100 million keystrokes. What truly sets them apart is the ability to customize actuation depth, ranging from a shallow 0.1mm to a deep 4.0mm, making it almost twice as versatile as its predecessor. Gamers will appreciate the Rapid Trigger Mode for lightning-fast inputs with zero debounce delay.

On-The-Fly Adjustments and Customization

These keyboards empower users with quick, on-the-fly adjustments. Intuitive keyboard shortcuts and onboard LED lights allow gamers to tweak various settings, including actuation levels and the Rapid Trigger Mode. Plus, the keyboard supports six onboard profiles that can be easily toggled using hotkeys.

Durability

Built to withstand intense gaming sessions, the Huntsman V3 Pro features textured doubleshot PBT keys that resist shine and fading. The brushed aluminum chassis is not only sturdy but also resistant to warping. Inside, bottom case foam provides sound dampening to keep things quiet during intense gameplay. Additionally, the detachable USB Type-C cable adds convenience and flexibility for cable swaps.

RGB Lighting

Like many of Razer’s premium products, the Huntsman V3 Pro keyboards feature Razer Chroma RGB lighting. This allows gamers to take full control of lighting and effects for each key, creating a visually stunning gaming setup.

Sizing Options for Every Gamer

With three different sizes available, there’s a Huntsman V3 Pro to suit every preference:

  1. Razer Huntsman V3 Pro (Full-Sized): This fully-featured model includes a tenkey number pad, three programmable control buttons, a multi-function digital dial, and a magnetic leatherette wrist rest. Preorders are open now for an MSRP of $249.99, with a release date set for October 2023. (Buy from Razer or Amazon)
  2. Razer Huntsman V3 Pro Tenkeyless: For a more compact design, the Tenkeyless version removes the number pad but retains most other features. It’s available for preorder at an MSRP of $219.99, also launching in October 2023. (Buy from Razer or Amazon)
  3. Razer Huntsman V3 Pro Mini: The Mini version, a standard 60% sized keyboard, offers portability but sacrifices some features. It lacks programmable control buttons, a digital dial, a wrist rest, and dedicated arrow keys. Instead, it uses dual-purpose modifier keys for arrow functionality. Preorder this compact powerhouse now for an MSRP of $179.99, with a release date in October 2023. (Buy from Razer or Amazon)

Razer continues to push the boundaries of gaming gear with the Huntsman V3 Pro series, catering to gamers of all sizes and preferences. Whether you’re a competitive esports player or a casual gamer, these keyboards promise a customizable and immersive gaming experience. Get ready to level up your gameplay this October with Razer’s latest offerings.
