Microsoft has released a new wireless controller for the Xbox Series S/X, and it’s all about the color green. The company’s iconic shade of green has been a core part of Xbox‘s branding for years, and now gamers can fully embrace the hue with the new ‘velocity green’ controller.

The controller features a predominantly green front with black accents on the hybrid D-pad and controller buttons. The triggers and bumpers are also black, while the back case is a crisp white. The textured grips on the triggers and back case make it comfortable to hold during gameplay sessions.

This new controller is perfect for gamers who want an all-green look without the need to use Xbox’s custom design lab. The velocity green controller is also slightly cheaper than the custom options, retailing for $64.99.

In addition to the controller, Microsoft is also offering a range of other accessories in the same shade of green, including a Razer Universal Quick Charging Stand and an Xbox hoodie. The hoodie even features a lucky four-leaf clover stitched on the sleeve for added gaming luck.

The controller offers up to 40 hours of battery life, making it an excellent option for long gaming sessions. It also includes a dedicated Share button that allows users to easily share screenshots and gameplay videos with friends. Additionally, the controller can pair with PCs and mobile devices for use on the go.

Microsoft has already rolled out a range of other wireless controllers in a variety of colors, including Electric Volt, Deep Pink, Shock Blue, and Pulse Red. However, the new velocity green option is sure to be a hit with fans of the brand’s signature color.
