Apple’s next Sci-Fi and drama series “Invasion,” from Academy and Emmy Award-nominated writer, producer, director Simon Kinberg, and David Weil, will launch on Apple TV+ on October 22, 2021, starring Shamier Anderson, Golshifteh Farahani, Sam Neill, Firas Nassar, and Shioli Kutsuna.
The dramatic, character-driven Apple Original series, directed by Emmy Award nominee Jakob Verbruggen, will premiere globally on Apple TV+ on October 22, 2021, with the first three episodes, followed by fresh episodes every Friday thereafter.
Kinberg and Weil wrote and executive produced “Invasion.” Verbruggen also serves as executive producer in addition to directing. Along with Andrew Baldwin, who also writes, Audrey Chon, Amy Kaufman, and Elisa Ellis serve as executive producers. Boat Rocker Studios’ executive producer is Katie O’Connell Marsh.
