Instagram has been introducing a new tool called “Sensitive Content Control” that allows users to decide how much sensitive content shows up on Explore page. This new tool helps you to stay away and protect from hate speeches, bullying, or other content that might be risking your profile. As well as it will also not shows the sensitive content from accounts that don’t follow, said the company.
This new feature gives you control over sensitive content. You can decide to leave things as they are, assuming you’re satisfied with your experience today, or you can adjust the Sensitive Content Control to see more or less of some types of sensitive content.
You can view your Sensitive Content Control by going to your profile, selecting the Settings menu from the upper right corner, and selecting Account then tapping on Sensitive Content Control. Here you can decide whether to keep the setting at its default state (“Limit”) or to see more (“Allow”) or less of some types of sensitive content (“Limit Even More”). You can change your selection at any time. One exception to this: the “Allow” option will not be available to people under 18.
