A 71WHr battery powers the pixie-sized notebook for up to 11.5 hours between charges based on HP’s estimates. The hardware provides ample muscle for modern games as well as productivity programs.

On paper, the Omen Transcend 14’s unique blend of performance, subtle style, and adaptability make it very appealing for users who desire one laptop for work and play instead of buying separate machines. The Transcend 14 recently became available for preorder starting at $1,499 from HP and other major retailers like Best Buy with wider availability coming soon.
