Traditionally, the WWDC ignites with a keynote event showcasing upcoming software updates. This year, anticipation is high as Apple is expected to unveil the highly anticipated iOS 18, iPadOS 18, macOS 15, along with updates to tvOS, watchOS, and even visionOS. Rumors also swirl about groundbreaking advancements in artificial intelligence and a potential partnership with OpenAI.

So, how can you be a part of this virtual unveiling? Here are your options:

How to watch the WWDC 2024 keynote online

The WWDC 2024 keynote is set to commence at 1 pm ET / 10 am PT on Monday, June 10, and will be streamed live from Apple Park in Cupertino, California.

Catch it live on YouTube: For a convenient and widely accessible option, tune in to the WWDC keynote on YouTube. It’s a great choice as YouTube is readily available on most devices, including smart TVs and gaming consoles.

Stream on Apple devices: If you’re an Apple user, you have multiple options. Watch the keynote directly on your Mac, iPhone, or iPad using Safari or another web browser like Chrome. However, keep in mind that iOS devices need to be running iOS 10 or later, while Macs require macOS Sierra 10.12 or above to access the stream. Alternatively, use the search function and type “WWDC” to find the event. Remember, the app might prompt you to tune in at your local time for the live broadcast.

For Apple developers: Apple ensures its developer community doesn’t miss a beat by streaming the keynote within the dedicated Apple Developer app and website. This way, developers can stay informed about the latest tools and advancements directly influencing their work.
