Adult Swim’s iconic series, Rick and Morty, is venturing into uncharted territory with Rick and Morty: The Anime. This 10-episode spin-off offers a unique reimagining of the intergalactic duo through the lens of Japanese animation.
Helmed by acclaimed anime director Takashi Sano, known for his work on Tower of God, the series promises to retain the sharp wit and complex characters that have defined the original while exploring new visual and narrative possibilities. While the storylines will not be considered canon to the main series, fans can anticipate the same level of dark humor and mind-bending sci-fi concepts.
