Instagram is a social media platform that has become an integral part of our lives. Whether you’re an individual, a business owner, or a brand, Instagram provides you with the opportunity to reach a wider audience. However, if you run multiple accounts or manage a brand partnership, it can be time-consuming and cumbersome to post the same content to each account manually.

Fortunately, Instagram has a feature that allows you to post the same content to multiple accounts simultaneously, saving you time and effort. This feature was introduced in 2019, and if you’re not familiar with it yet, don’t worry. In this article, we will guide you through the steps of posting to multiple Instagram accounts at once.

How to post to multiple Instagram accounts at once

Step 1: First, you need to open Instagram (of course) on your device and navigate to your profile. You can do this by tapping the profile icon located in the bottom right-hand corner of your screen.

Step 2: Once you’re on your profile, look for the plus sign icon “+” located in the upper right-hand corner of your screen. Tap on it, and select “Post” from the options that appear.

Step 3: After selecting the “Post” option, you’ll be taken to your photo gallery. Select the photo or photos you want to post, and tap the arrow button “→” (or “Next” button, if you’re using an older version or different platform, currently, I’m doing these steps on Android) in the upper right-hand corner.

Step 4: Once you’ve selected your photo or photos, you can add a catchy caption that will help grab the attention of your followers. After you’ve written your caption, look for the “Post to other Instagram accounts”.

Step 5: In the “Post to other Instagram accounts” section, you’ll see a list of all the accounts you’re currently logged into. Tap the toggle button on the accounts you want to post to. The white circle surrounded by blue indicates that the photo will be posted to that account.

Step 6: Once you’ve selected the accounts you want to post to, tap the done checkmark (or “Share” button) in the upper right-hand corner. Your photo will then be posted to all the accounts you selected.
