London-based Haircare brand Heist has unveiled its latest product, a hair dryer specifically designed for men. Positioned as the “first-ever” men’s hair dryer, the Heist 3.0 aims to cater to the growing male grooming market.
The device boasts a range of professional-grade features, including a powerful motor, multiple heat and airflow settings, and a magnetic attachment system. Developed in collaboration with British barbers, the Heist 3.0 is designed to provide users with precise control over their styling.
The product’s design is sleek and modern, aligning with current trends in men’s grooming aesthetics. However, the use of gender-specific marketing terms and the emphasis on a proprietary “plasma coating technology” (essentially ion technology) raise questions about the product’s unique selling points.
Priced at £199 (around $254) for the standard model and £267 (around $341) for the Pro Kit, the Heist 3.0 is positioned as a premium product. While the device offers impressive specifications, its high price point may limit its appeal to a wider consumer base.
