Google Pixel Watch users have recently been hit by a bug that is causing their smartwatch alarms to go off late. This issue has been reported by multiple media outlets, including Android Authority, which has stated that some users have experienced delays of up to 10 minutes.

The majority of users who have reported this issue have noted that it seems to be related to their watch waking up from ‘Bedtime Mode.’ Several other users have also reported experiencing alarm problems on Reddit. However, it should be noted that the issue does not appear to be widespread, as some users have commented on Reddit threads that their units fire up alarms just fine.

At this time, it remains unclear what is causing this issue with the Pixel Watch alarms. One possibility is that the watch goes into a deep sleep mode before the alarm goes off, making it difficult for it to wake up in time. Google has yet to comment on the situation or confirm how many users have been affected.

Given the severity of the problem, it is likely that Google will issue an over-the-air (OTA) update to fix the issue in the coming days. Until then, users may want to consider setting multiple alarms or using a backup alarm clock to ensure they wake up on time.

Smartwatches have become increasingly popular in recent years, with many people relying on them for various tasks, including setting alarms. While issues such as the one experienced by Pixel Watch users are not common, they serve as a reminder that technology is not infallible and can be susceptible to bugs and glitches.
