Google Photos, the popular online photo storage and management service, has finally added a new feature that many users have been clamoring for: a flip button. This seemingly minor addition allows you to quickly and easily flip images horizontally, a task that previously required a bit of workaround or the use of another editing app.

The new flip button can be found in the Crop section of the Editing tools within the Google Photos app. It’s a simple, yet effective tool that makes it easy to fix images that are accidentally taken upside down or sideways.

While the exact rollout timeline is a bit unclear, it seems that Google is gradually making this feature available to users. Some users have already spotted the new button in their apps, while others are still waiting. It’s possible that Google is rolling out the feature through a server-side update, which means it could take a few days or even weeks before it appears for everyone.
