Forza Horizon 5 Standard Edition is now free with Xbox Game Pass on console and PC, and Xbox Cloud Gaming is included with Xbox Game Pass Ultimate. Forza Horizon 5 was launched on November 5th, 2021 for Xbox consoles, Windows, and Steam Store, and it costs $59.99 for Standard Edition, $79.99 for Deluxe Edition, and $99.99 for Premium Edition, with the Premium Add-Ons Bundle available for $49.99.

According to the Xbox blog post, the Forza Horizon 5 Car Pass will include 42 cars that will be released on a weekly basis, the first eight cars are now available through the Formula Drift Car Pack, and the remaining 34 cars will be delivered to players garage one by one beginning November 18th, 2021.
Aside from the release with Xbox Game Pass, new races, objectives, and rewards are added to the Festival Playlist every week, with the Series 1 Update launching on Thursday, November 11, according to an Xbox blog post. Playground Games also stated that the open-world environments of Mexico will change with each Forza Horizon 5 update, and that presents and decorative surprises will appear in the Series 2 Update in December.
