Facebook has recently added Shops in Groups. Admins of Facebook groups can use Shops in Groups to create an online store on their corresponding Facebook Page. The admins decide where the money goes; in the instance of OctoNation, a page that Facebook tested this feature, the earnings went to OctoNation’s organization, which educates people about octopuses (octopi?).

The new Product Recommendations in Groups feature allows members to ask for product recommendations within a group and then purchase those things from Facebook shops. Facebook has also introduced Top Product Mentions in News Feed, which allows you to find products that have been recommended by people in groups to which you participate.
Facebook has featured Live Shopping for a while, but as brand-creator collaborations become more popular, the service is testing a feature that will make these partnerships appear more seamless. Rather than referring viewers to another page to watch an influencer sell a product, creators and brands may now cross-stream on both of their pages.
