Doom Eternal‘s update 6 is available now for free on Xbox One, Xbox Series X, Series S, PC, and PlayStation 5. Doom Eternal update 6 adds visual improvement, performance boost, and support for ray tracing and 4K resolution at 60fps, while the Ray tracing and 4K resolution are only available for Xbox Series X and PS5.

Update 6 offers up to three visual modes to let you choose the experience you want, from realistic lighting to high-resolution graphics or even silky-smooth frame rates.

Xbox Series X & PS5

• Performance Mode: 1800p – 120fps
• Balanced Mode: 2160p – 60fps
• Ray Tracing Mode: 1800p – 60fps

Xbox Series S

• Performance Mode: 1080p – 120fps
• Balanced Mode: 1440p – 60fps

Update 6 includes a new Master Level on all platforms featuring a Tara Nabad, a grand city within Agent D’Nur that was once a victim of a massive demon invasion. Now remixed for a greater challenge, return to Taras Nabad to show off your skills.

A new Battlemode Arena: Corrosion features a full suite of enhancements, including several balance changes to improve your experience in Doom Eternal’s 2v1 multiplayer mode.
