Starting this week, Xbox will enable you to use Dolby Vision on the Apple TV app where you watch popular Apple TV shows including “Ted Lasso,” “Mythic Quest,” “For All Mankind,” “See,” and “The Mosquito Coast” in Dolby Vision on your Xbox Series X|S consoles and watch the video podcasts with the Spotify app.
To enable Dolby Vision on a compatible TV, go to console Settings > General > TV & display > Video Modes here you can enable “Allow Dolby Vision”. You can also confirm if the content is available in Dolby Vision by looking for the Dolby Vision logo at the bottom of the Movie / Show’s description page in the Apple TV app or during playback by pressing the B button on your controller.
Also, video podcasts are now available on the Spotify app for Xbox. You can play video podcasts in the Spotify app so the video plays in full screen, or you can play Spotify in the background, letting you listen to podcasts and play your favorite games at the same time – just like when you listen to music on Spotify. You can also control Spotify playback on your Xbox console via the Spotify app for mobile.
