Crucial, a leading global brand of memory and storage solutions has announced a new 4TB storage option for the Crucial MX500 SSD series with the same existing second-generation Micron 3D NAND technology and is 45 times more energy-efficient than regular hard drives. The new Crucial MX500 4TB costs $359.99 and is available for purchase at the Crucial website.
Now, the new 4TB version joined the 250GB, 500GB, 1TB, and 2TB version with up to 560 Mbps and 510Mbps read and write speed respectively and random reads/writes up to 95K/90K IOPS.
Crucial also included the data migration and cloning software in each MX500 series drive. The MX500 is backed by a five-year limited warranty and supported by the Crucial Storage Executive software tool for easy drive maintenance.
