All three models are powered by Qualcomm SM8450 Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 with 4nm fabrication process technology. The Galaxy Tab S8 and S8+ have up to 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage, while the Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra has up to 16GB of RAM and 512GB of storage. All three models also have a microSD card with up to 1TB of expandable storage.
The Galaxy Tab S8 series also has a 5G connection and is the first tablet to feature Wi-Fi 6E, which offers up to double the bandwidth and maximum speed of Wi-Fi 6 while also improving network quality.
The Galaxy Tab S8 has an 8000 mAh battery, whereas the Galaxy Tab S8+ has a 10090 mAh battery and the Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra has a 11200 mAh battery. All models support 45W fast charging, and Samsung claims that the Galaxy Tab S8 can be fully charged in 80 minutes, while the Galaxy Tab S8+ and Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra can be fully charged in 82 minutes.
The Galaxy Tab S8 and S8+ are available in three color choices: Graphite, Silver, and Pink Gold, while the Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra is only available in Graphite. Also, the new Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra Book Cover Keyboard takes the Ultra’s functionality even further with wider, backlit keycaps, customizable shortcut settings and adjustable standing angles.
The Book Cover Keyboard has a glass-coated touchpad and quality antimicrobial polyurethane leather for smooth and responsive typing. Wireless Keyboard Share can also connect your linked keyboard to a Galaxy smartphone for cross-device typing.
