Best Buy today reduced the price of the ASUS 11.6-inch 32GB Chromebook to $99 from $120, saving you approximately $120 on the ASUS 11.6-inch 32GB Chromebook in Grey for a limited time. Best Buy also includes two freebies with this Chromebook: a 3-Months Subscription to Trend Micro Internet Security for 3 Devices ($14.99 Value) and a 3-Months Subscription to YouTube Premium for new customers. Now is the best time to buy an ASUS 11.6-inch 32GB Chromebook at Best Buy’s online store.

This ASUS 11.6-inch 32GB Chromebook is a thin and portable computing solution that’s perfect for students and mobile workers. It has a 1.1GHz Intel Celeron N3350 dual-core processor and 4GB of LPDDR4 RAM for handling common duties like browsing the internet, writing and editing documents, and so on.

The Chromebook, like most Chromebooks, has a limited amount of storage space, with only 32GB of built-in eMMC storage; however, you may simply increase this with an external USB storage solution. Its weight is 2.20 lbs. and measures 0.7″ thin and its display, which is powered by integrated Intel HD graphics, has a resolution of 1366 x 768 pixels for sharp and clear HD entertainment.

Other integrated features include Wi-Fi 5 (802.11ac), Bluetooth 4.0, USB Type-A and Type-C ports, a webcam, a microphone, speakers, and a combo 3.5mm audio jack.

The operating system installed is Chrome OS. Google built Chrome OS, which is based on Linux, to function entirely with web applications. The user interface is very similar to the Google Chrome web browser in terms of simplicity. Chrome OS was created for those who spend the bulk of their time on a computer connected to the internet, if not all of their time.

Chrome OS comes with only a single application: a custom Google Chrome web browser with an integrated music player and file manager. Adding apps from the Google Chrome Web Store gives you access to all other apps.

Because Chrome OS is fully reliant on Google’s web apps and services, it is strongly advised that you connect to the internet to get the most out of your Chrome OS experience.
