Apple TV+ today announced the season two trailer for Apple’s “See” drama series, starring Jason Mamoa, Dave Bautista, and Alfre Woodard. The eight-episode second season will debut globally on Friday, August 27, 2021, on Apple TV+.

The second season of “See” is executive produced by Steven Knight, Francis Lawrence, Peter Chernin, Jenno Topping, Jim Rowe, and Jonathan Tropper, who also serves as showrunner. The series is produced by Chernin Entertainment and Endeavor Content.

“See” is set hundreds of years after humanity has lost its capacity to see in a harsh and primitive future. In season two, Baba Voss (Momoa) struggles to reconcile his family while also safeguarding them as the Kingdom of Paya and the Trivantian Republic prepare for war. Despite his best attempts, his blind wife and children are drawn into the fight, where they come to the attention of his estranged brother, Edo Voss (Bautista), a powerful and clever Trivantian commander, whose long-simmering anger for his brother jeopardizes them all even more.
