Shubham SawarkarThe official trailer for the second season of Apple TV+’s inspiring and acclaimed unscripted series “Dear…,” from Emmy and Peabody Award winner R.J. Cutler, was released today. The series will launch globally on Friday, March 4 on Apple TV+ and will include a fresh roster of superstars, their fascinating tales, and the lives of individuals they have influenced.
The new season follows Cutler’s global blockbuster hit documentary “Billie Eilish: The World’s A Little Blurry,” which got four Emmy nominations and was just shortlisted for the Academy Award for Best Documentary Feature.
The second season of “Dear…” will feature a collection of intimate letters from their fans, highlighting internationally known leaders, entertainers, and athletes and how they have affected culture and society.
Each significant figure learns how their work has unwittingly touched others and obtains new insight into how their work has made a distinctive contribution to the global society by reading these letters.
Cutler, along with Jane Cha Cutler, Todd Lubin, Jay Peterson, and Donny Jackson, executive produce the docuseries. The series is produced for Apple by Matador Content, a Boat Rocker Company.
