Apple Independent Repair Provider program will be soon available in over 200 countries around the world, with access to genuine components, equipment, repair manuals, and diagnostics to provide safe and reliable Apple product repair.

The Independent Repair Provider program started in 2019 and was extended to Europe and Canada the previous year. More than 1,500 Apple Independent Repair Provider program locations currently serve consumers in the United States, Canada, and Europe.

Scott Baker, the owner of Mister Mac in Wimberley, Texas, said, “Being a part of the Independent Repair Provider program has been a huge help to my company, employees, and customers.” “Since joining Apple, we’ve earned excellent support, and we’re happy to provide our customers with the same quality of service. It has also sparked real enthusiasm in our town.”

“For us and our customers, the Independent Repair Provider program has been a very good experience,” said Nils Weber, project manager for Pro Repair GmbH in Germany. “We were able to adapt our company to meet the sudden high demand for mail-in repairs from our customers during COVID-19 because we had reliable access to parts.”

Apple provides free instruction to all participating repair providers, as well as the same genuine parts, equipment, repair manuals, and diagnostics as Apple Certified Service Providers (AASPs) and Apple Store locations, then they need to visit support.apple.com/repair/verify-repair-provider.

Apple Independent Repair Provider Program will soon available in the following countries, check out the following list for availability:

  • There is no cost to join Apple’s Independent Repair Provider program. To qualify, repair providers need to commit to having an Apple-certified technician perform the repairs.
